Stories that break stereotypes

Pyjama produces edgy original contents for kids, adults and family audiences. Our goal is to use animation’s boundless expressive potential to create worlds where anything is possible – and to break stereotypes and norms related to characters, stories and narrative forms alike.

We’re currently developing several animated series, shorts and a feature. Our productions are always creator-driven. Planet Z TV series’ pilot episode Surprise Egg (2017) directed by Maria Björklund and animated shorts Sore Eyes for Infinity (2016) and Still Lives (2019) directed by Elli Vuorinen have toured the world at nearly 150 international film festivals and won several awards.
